Current JR pass price available until 4pm on Saturday, 30th September 2023!

The JR Group will implement price revisions on the 1st of October 2023. We highly recommend that travellers purchase the vouchers before this price increase.

You may order by 4pm on the 30th of September 2023 at the latest to purchase at the current price. Once you have finalised your travel dates, please ensure to have enough time for collection or delivery as demand is expected to increase before the 1st of October 2023.

1. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. For instance, if you are planning to travel to Japan by December 2023, you can still purchase the voucher before the price changes.
2. If you are a Japanese passport holder, please obtain written proof of overseas residence before purchasing. This proof of overseas residence is only valid for 6 months after the date of issue.
3. If you need to make any amendments to your voucher, after the price has changed we will collect the fare difference between the original and new voucher as well as an administration fee of £15.
   
   Please note if the original issue date is before the end of September 2023, and you need the amendment after October 2023, even if the pass type remains the same, the fare difference will be approximately 70% more. For more details, please go to our Cancellation Policy page.

海外在住の日本人の方（日本国の旅券所有者）へ

海外在住の日本人の方（日本国の旅券所有者）は、在留期間が連続して10年以上であることを証明する必要があります。現料金で引換証をご購入いただくには9月29日（金）16時までに在留期間を証明する下記の書類のいずれかをメール（[email protected]）添付にてお送りください。 詳細を確認後に発券手続きをいたします。

①在外公館が交付する「在留届の写し」（在留届の受付日が10年以上前のもの。）
②在外公館が発行する「在留証明」（「現住所に住所（または居所）を定めた年月日」として、10年以上前の年月が記載されたもの。）

※「在留届の写し」及び「在留証明」は、「交付公館名、交付日」が押印されており、かつ交付又は発行から6カ月以内のもの、引換証の発券以前に交付されたもののみ有効です。
