Our office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (10am-5pm).
(Closed on Tuesdays, weekends, and bank holidays)

Please note that JR Pass orders placed after 3pm on Mondays will be dispatched, or made available for collection, on Wednesday.

Our London office is for JR Pass collection only, which must be booked by appointment. Walk-ins for on-the-spot purchases cannot be accommodated.

Collection / Delivery

Collection at Japan Travel Centre, London Office

If you order your Japan Rail Pass online before 1pm (Monday to Friday), your exchange order will be ready for free same-day collection between 2pm and 5pm (except on Tuesdays) from our London office. Any Japan Rail Pass orders coming after 1pm will be available the next day after 10am to 5pm for collection.

*Please note that any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday, at the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery

If you cannot collect the pass from our office, we deliver our Japan Rail Passes with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm which includes insurance for up to £500, or Royal Mail 1st class signed for. However, we would like to recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm as it provides a tracking number.

We aim to process and dispatch all vouchers on the same day if the orders come through by 3pm.
However, some processes may take more time depending on bank holiday, transaction issue, or confirmation of a written proof for Japanese passport holders etc.

Please kindly be noted that due to the current delivery status of Royal Mail, unexpected delays may occur.

If a customer changes their booking (delivery method) from postage to collection, there will be no refund of the postage fee.

Royal Mail Domestic Delivery (UK)

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm(£9.95)This is our standard option which guarantees next day delivery from Royal Mail. This delivery requires a signature so someone will need to be at home to sign for the item. This service does not include Saturday delivery, but we can arrange it for a small extra cost.

Signed For 1st Class(£4)This service is suitable for non-urgent orders and is particularly ideal for those who have at least one to two weeks before their departure.

Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays, it is not guaranteed and may take longer than usual. A signature is required upon delivery so someone will need to be at home to sign for the item.
