Our office will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (10am-3pm).
(Closed on Tuesdays, weekends, and bank holidays)
Please note that JR Pass orders placed after 3pm on Mondays will be dispatched, or made available for collection, on Wednesday.
We kindly advise all customers to purchase their passes well in advance of their intended travel dates.
